The honest weekly wash

Pre-soak, foam arch, soft-cloth tunnel and warm-air dry. Everything a car needs after a week of Vienna city driving and nothing it does not.

The full exterior treatment with a polymer sealant that lasts roughly eight weeks, plus an interior vacuum and wipe-down while you wait in the lounge.

Before you drive in

The questions our hosts get every day

Do I need to book?
Not for Klar, Glanz or Spiegel — drive into any lane and choose at the terminal. Meister is a booked two-hour slot with a named technician, because someone has to be free to do it properly.
Is a soft-cloth tunnel safe for my paint?
Our cloth is closed-cell foam, not brushes, and it is rinsed continuously with filtered water so grit is carried away rather than dragged along the panel. We also pre-soak every car so the heavy dirt is off before anything touches it.
What about roof boxes, bike racks and aftermarket spoilers?
Roof boxes and rear-mounted racks have to come off before the tunnel. Factory spoilers are fine. If you are unsure, stop at the entrance and the host will look at the car with you.
Can I use the Abo for two cars?
No — the subscription is tied to one number plate because the entrance camera reads it. A second vehicle is €29 per month on the same account.
What happens if something is damaged?
Report it at the site before you leave. Every lane is filmed, the site supervisor reviews the footage with you the same day, and legitimate claims are settled through our insurer without argument.
